Only one- hundred steps to the beach, this bright cottage known as “The Yellow Cottage,” sits tucked away in the shade of a locust tree and warm summer sun. “Sunset” has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twins, the second has a twin bed plus a bunk bed that sleeps two on the bottom, and lastly, a bedroom with a queen. There is a full bathroom, plus an outside shower for rinsing off.
The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The cabinets are fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. The open living room has hardwood floors, a fireplace, and comfortable furniture with cable flat screen TV. The dining table overlooks a large picture window. There is a heater for cool weather. A charcoal grill is for your use. “Sunset” is inviting and cozy.
