St. Aubin’s Cottages located on Cape Cod Bay, in North Eastham.
Within the hinterland of locust trees, down a narrow dirt lane that beckons you, lie six Cape Cod cottages, huddled amongst sand and salty air, on Cape Cod Bay, in historical Eastham. This is the place Patty Page sung of in her song, “Old Cape Cod.”
Owner and hostess, Lu St.Aubin, has continued the dream of her parents Marian and Armand St.Aubin, whose hands constructed these cottages, and opened their hearts to vacationers seeking solitude on historic and beautiful Cape Cod. Since 1955, St.Aubin’s has been an escape for generations of vacationers, and Lu St.Aubin boasts a returning clientele of seventy-five percent. Lu’s hospitality and homey cottages, make her renters feel like family.
The Cottages
St. Aubin’s cottages are quaint, clean, and comfortable. They are decorated with vintage curtains and furniture, but have modern conveniences like flat screen television. Bedspreads, blankets, and pillows are provided, and we ask you bring your own sheets and towels. Sheets and towels are also available for rental. Each cottage kitchen is fully equipped, including must- have utensils’ for eating lobster. Each cottage has a deck with furniture and umbrella, and grills for barbequing, a private outside shower for rinsing salt off after a day at the beach. For everyone’s health, all cottages are smoke- free.
Ask Lu about her Pet Friendly policy. She considers pets, in certain cottages. She also provides ample parking for boat trailers on her property.

This 3 bedroom cottage includes a queen bed, a second room with three twins, and a third with a bunk bed (double bottom – twin on top).

The first bedroom has two twins, the second has a twin bed plus a bunk bed that sleeps two on the bottom, and lastly, a bedroom with a queen.

“Mayflower” is spacious with three bedrooms; the first a queen, second two twins, and the third a bunk bed that sleeps two on the bottom.

The Salt Box is a wonderful cottage with three bedrooms. A queen bedroom is on the first floor, and upstairs there is a second full sized bed and 3 twins.
Meet Your Hostess
Lu St.Aubin is a college graduate who majored in business with twenty years banking experience and a former manager and owner of a garden center. She is a proud parent of two children, U.S. Space Force Colonel Ryan Frazier, Cornell graduate and a daughter Raegan Vaughan, Purdue graduate and a commercial pilot for Southwest Airlines since 2005. Lu has 5 beautiful Grandchildren, Isabella, Dante, Barrett, Grant and Quinn.
