Payment
Massachusetts Short Term Rental Tax of 12.45% is effective as of July 1, 2019 (will be added to the Rental Amount)
- 1/2 deposit is required at time of booking, balance due upon arrival.
- Credit cards are not accepted.
- Accepted payments are cash, VENMO (Text 508-237-2625 for more info) or personal checks (payable in US funds).

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Must receive written notice a full 4 weeks in advance. Payments are non-refundable unless property can be re-rented for the exact dates cancelled and at the same rate. There is a $50 cancellation fee on any cancellation. No refunds for early departure.
Occupancy
** Houses sleep six comfortably. Rates are based on 6 person occupancy. Some houses accommodate more than 6 persons, however, for more than 6 persons there is an additional $30 per night or $100 each per person per week.
WARNING: Failure to register and pay for extra persons constitutes fraud, which may result in ALL occupants being asked to leave.
Smoking
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN ANY COTTAGE. Our smoking policy is non-negotiable.
