The rate for a pet’s stay is $150 per week or $25 per night.
Dogs are not allowed on Eastham town beaches from June 15th to Labor Day.
1. Prior approval is mandatory so that we can control the number of pets in residence. The pet will not be allowed on the property unless arrangements have been made with us.
2. We request that your dog not be left unattended for more than 3 hours during the day and is never unattended at night. If at all possible, please leave a cell phone number with us when your dog is left unattended. A barking or howling dog/s when left in the cottage is never acceptable.
3. Pet must be clean and on flea medication prior to arrival with proof of current rabies vaccinations.
4. Owners should bring pet bedding and pet dishes. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and beds.
5. When registering upon arrival, the pet owner agrees to the pet polices, to be responsible for any damage or injury caused by the pet and to absolve the owners and staff of any liability if the pet or another guest is injured.
6. Pets shall not be allowed to become a nuisance or create any unreasonable disturbance.
7. We expect renters to clean up after their pets.
Please remember to control your pet. Not all guests may be as enthusiastic about your pet as you are. It’s important that you do your part to ensure that pets will continue to be welcomed as traveling companions. Please be thoughtful and courteous to other travelers.
