“Bay Breeze” faces Cape Cod Bay, catching soft summer breezes and graced by nature’s beach grass. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, a second with two twins, and a third with a bunk bed with a double bottom, plus another twin. There is a full bathroom and a private outside shower. There is large sunny living room with hardwood floors and knotty pine walls. “Bay Breeze” has a brick fireplace, couch, and comfortable seating with cable flat screen television.
The living room opens to the kitchen with a large bright dining area with lots of windows to catch summer breezes. The kitchen is stocked with a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils and pots and pans. There is a wall heater in the living room for cool weather, and a deck off the dining area shaded by locust trees, and furnished with a table, umbrella, and deck chairs. There is a charcoal grill for your use. “Bay Breeze” is fifty steps to the beach.
